Regarding ECA form

Hey batchmates,

I was informed by SSD and AAD that a new ECA form will be used. Sorry for the inconvenience caused especially to those who already filled in the form. There's a PMS briefing next week and briefing on the ECA form will included.

The dateline for the ECA form is on 24th of August. SSD will set at least two time slots on the 22nd and 23rd for verification of certificates.

Designated venue and time slots will be announced by then so you all can come forward to have your certz verified.
